We accept returns if the bike is in its original boxing and hasn't been opened and assembled. Shipping fees are at the charge of the customer but pickup from the EzyWheel team is available if you live in the Greater Montreal.

Any accepted return are subject to a 10% restocking fee. For defect and factory damages, please contact us immediately with pictures of the defect to make your warranty work.

EzyOne - Our first electric bike for your daily commutes

Ideal to skip traffic and escape on adventures, the EzyOne is our first model of Ebike.

With its high handlebar and banana seat, it gives a retro style that will make the heads turn!

NO LICENSE REQUIRED ! Under Canadian laws, this ebike goes up to 32km/h and the motor is 500W, which means it is considered a bicycle and does not require a driving license.

With Shimano 7-speed changer and 5 different paces of electrical assistance, you are in control of your speed. Don't want to pedal? No problem, we included a thumb throttle for effortless cruise.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free if you live in the Greater Montreal. If you live in driving distance to Montreal, we recommend getting in touch with us to set up pickup. For customers living in Canada, shipping costs 100$CAD flat. For US customers, shipping rate is 200$CAD flat and add customs duties. We currently don't ship outside of North America, stay in touch for more information in the future.

Fun to ride although I had a few issues which were fixed under warranty. Find the brakes underpowered and noisy.

Excellent product!

I live In Montréal and I bought an EzyOne beginning of Summer 2021. It is the best investment i could make!! And I didn't think I would use it so much.
I had a problem in October with the front light that stopped working and the guys from Ezywheel gave me very good assistance by replacing the part without charges.
I would definitely recommend this!

Great Wheels

I am a long time bike and motorcycle rider, so that's where I'm coming from.

I ordered my Ezyone just before the pandemic, so understandably there were some delays in delivery. However the customer service was superb, and I didn't ask for my deposit back, even though it was offered.

When I finally received the bike it was exactly as promised. Easy to assemble, well crafted, sturdy and fun to ride. I can carry passengers, and I use a set of nylon motorcycle saddlebags to carry all of my weekly supermarket shopping !

The EzyOne is a gas to ride and an actual commuter vehicle 8 months of the year. It was pretty good in snow the few times I rode it too, but the limitations were created by road and traffic conditions, not the bike itself.

My criticisms of the EzyOne are as follows for future redesigns:

1. The passenger pegs could be moved further back so that the passengers feet do not interfere with pedaling. there is a perfect spot for them in the small triangle of the frame just back from where they are currently located.
2. The front brakes make a loud squawk the first few times they are applied during a ride. I can't adjust this away, although it does not affect the braking itself.
3. I wish there was a rear suspension. The relaxed riding position means bumps go right up your spine. You have to stay alert to get up on your legs when you go over a recessed sewer grate or pothole.
4. The metal support for the front light is too long and acts as a spring the light bounces on. I cut it down a few inches and now it is way more stable.

Having said all that, I get more thumbs up and "Cool Bike" comments on the EzyOne than anything else I have ever owned. I love cruising around in the City on it. Great Montreal design product, keep up the good work !
